We charge flat platform access only. Never a percentage of any transaction — not at signing, not on close, not ever, anywhere. A broker keeps control of the deal, and their own success fees negotiated with their client are none of our business. A direct asset owner who uses the platform will not be charged a success fee.

All narrative, scoring, and analysis is grounded in research and data. Brokers and asset owners are free to make assertions in their own materials, but Originatus will only ever draw fact-based conclusions.
