We charge one flat monthly platform fee for access to that infrastructure, whether you are placing your own deals or running them for clients.

Originatus reads them and builds a real teaser presentation and a full credit paper in the tone a genuine investment committee expects, pulling the numbers from your own data instead of filling gaps with generic language.
Every opportunity is scored across documentation quality, asset quality, deal structure, operator credibility and market fit. You see the exact number, and exactly what would raise it. Nothing hidden, nothing arbitrary.
The platform holds 1,900+ funders and their actual investment criteria: sector, geography, ticket size, structural appetite. Your deal is scored against every one of them and ranked, so the people you reach out to were already looking for something like this.
Every asset and every counterparty stays anonymous until both parties choose to engage. A non circumvention and non disclosure agreement is signed electronically inside the platform, and only then does data room access open up. Nothing is visible on anyone else’s timeline, only yours.
A single low value asset is often hard to place on its own. Group several together into one portfolio and it has the scale and appeal that funders actually want to look at.
Once a deal is funded it still has to get built or run. Source EPC contractors, drilling contractors and operations providers through the same platform instead of starting a fresh search from zero.
